Returns Policy

30-day return window from delivery date for unused items in original packaging. Components must show no signs of installation attempted.

No restocking fee if return is due to our error. For buyer's remorse returns, we deduct 15% to cover testing and re-certification costs—because we have to function test everything that comes back.

To start a return: Email returns@switchcraftarmory.com with your order number and reason. We'll provide a return authorization number and address. Include all original packaging and documentation.

Note: Custom-machined or serialized items are final sale. We test everything before shipping, so returns for "defects" require video evidence of the failure—because sometimes the problem isn't the part.
